Please help maintain a safe, clean and efficient laundromat for everyone.

 SAFETY FIRST

* This laundromat is monitored by 24-hour video surveillance for the safety and security of customers.
* Please check all pockets before loading machines. Items such as lighters, batteries, coins, pens, screws and other objects may damage machines, clothing or create a fire hazard.
* Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. For their safety, children must not play on or around machines, folding tables or trolleys.
* Do not use the laundromat while under the influence of alcohol or drugs that may impair your ability to safely operate the equipment.
* Please report faults, spills, suspicious activity or urgent safety concerns immediately by calling 0494 035 475.

FIRE PREVENTION

* Do not place any items contaminated with petrol, diesel, kerosene, cooking oil, solvents, paint thinners or other flammable substances into dryers.
* Items affected by oils or grease should be washed thoroughly using a Hot Water Cycle before drying. If stains or odours remain, do not place the items in a dryer.
* Batteries, including lithium batteries commonly found in rechargeable devices, must never be placed in washing machines or dryers.

USING MACHINES

* Always check that the washer or dryer is empty before use.
*  Do not overload washers or dryers. Overloading may reduce cleaning performance and damage equipment.
* Detergent is automatically dispensed and optimised for each wash cycle. Do not add additional detergents, bleach or other chemicals, as this may damage clothing and equipment.
* Always check garment care labels before washing or drying. Select the most appropriate cycle for your items.

 DO NOT 

The following items must not be washed or dried in our machines:

* Animal blankets, pet bedding or items heavily contaminated with pet hair.
*  Items contaminated with hazardous substances, chemicals or bodily fluids.
* Rubber-backed mats or items that may break apart and damage equipment.
* Excessively muddy or heavily soiled items that have not been pre-cleaned.

 COLLECTION OF LAUNDRY

* Please set a timer and return promptly before your wash or dry cycle has finished.
* To ensure machines remain available for other customers, management or other patrons may carefully remove completed laundry from machines if left unattended.
*  Removed items will be placed carefully; however, Legana Laundromat accepts no responsibility for items left unattended.

COURTESY & CLEANLINESS

* Please leave the laundromat tidy for the next customer.
* Remove your rubbish and take all personal belongings with you when you leave.
* Please clean up any spills and keep folding tables clear when not in use.
* Please be considerate of other customers and avoid unnecessary noise or disruption.

RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

* All washing and drying are undertaken at the customer's own risk.
* Legana Laundromat is not responsible for damage resulting from unsuitable wash or drying selections, failure to follow garment care instructions, machine overloading, prohibited items, or items left unattended.
* While every effort is made to maintain our equipment to a high standard, Legana Laundromat accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to clothing, personal belongings or other items.

* Lost property will be held for up to 2 weeks. Unclaimed items may then be donated or discarded.
* Any machine faults, lost property enquiries or customer concerns should be reported immediately by calling
